Instructions:

  1. Target Audience:
    Design a full-body calisthenics routine for a complete beginner (no prior training experience, average mobility).
  2. Routine Requirements:
    • Include 5–7 exercises
    • Cover all major muscle groups: upper body, core, and lower body
    • Specify sets, reps, and rest times
    • Include a brief warm-up and cool-down suggestion
  3. Progressions:
    For each exercise, suggest easier and harder variations.
