Instructions:

  1. Pick 3 foundational movements:
    • Push-Up
    • Bodyweight Squat
    • Hollow Body Hold
  2. For each movement, provide:
    • A step-by-step breakdown of proper technique
    • 2–3 common form errors beginners make
    • Simple cues or corrections to fix those errors
    • A short paragraph explaining why proper form matters for this exercise
  3. Optional Bonus:
    Include or sketch a stick figure drawing or use royalty-free images to illustrate good vs. bad form.
