Our passion for Calisthenics drove us to create the first Calisthenics gyms in Greece, making us pioneers in the field. For years, we have been sharing our knowledge of Calisthenics through electronic publications, blog posts, and books. We then decided to establish the first Calisthenics Trainer School in Greece, to further spread our love and in-depth understanding of this amazing genre of exercise. Translating our teaching materials into English was the catalyst for expanding our School abroad.
