Terms of Sale

1. Who sells

The seller is Calisthenics Association, Athens, Greece. Contact: associationcalisthenics@gmail.com.

2. What you can buy

Our courses and the standard certificate stay free. The only paid product is the Professional Certificate: a one-time upgrade of a certificate you have already earned by completing one of our instructor certification courses and passing its final exam.

The upgrade adds Professional status to your certificate and its public verification page; nothing else is included.

The certificate is a verifiable certificate of completion issued by Calisthenics Association. It is not a government-recognised or accredited qualification, and it is not a licence to work as a coach.

3. Price and payment

The price is €39, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The amount shown on the checkout page is the amount you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery

The upgrade is digital. It is applied to your certificate automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. We email you a confirmation of your purchase, including your consent to immediate delivery, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

5. Your right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery starts, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right.

At checkout you are asked to confirm both, and we confirm this in the purchase email we send you. Because the upgrade is delivered straight away, you will not be able to withdraw from the purchase after paying.

6. If something goes wrong

If the upgrade does not appear on your certificate, or does not work as described, email associationcalisthenics@gmail.com. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under Greek law (Law 4967/2022, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770).

If a payment is refunded in full, the certificate returns to the free standard version. You keep your free certificate.

7. Complaints

Please contact us first at associationcalisthenics@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you can contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr), and we are willing to take part in its procedure. Consumers in other EU countries can also contact the European Consumer Centre Greece (eccgreece.gr).

8. Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one shown here on the day you buy.
